Relax and re-energise at this wonderful calming experience. The day will consist of 3 parts
A Wellbeing session on the lawn, taking in the views, fresh air and being at one with nature. The Wellbeing session is holistic and uses key strengths from a range of disciplines. Breath Work; to prepare the mind and body for the session, switching off, leaving all your worries and cares behind to allow you to fully relax. Followed by elements from Yoga, Pilates, Thai Flow with Mindfulness. The focus will be on restorative movement and relaxation. The session winds down with a Meditation; bringing a sense of stillness and calmness to the rest of your day. The session will last approx. 1 ½ hours.
All exercises and movements are gentle and can be adapted to accommodate all abilities.
A hot tub session – 45 minutes relaxing in the bubbles. Our hot tubs are positioned high up at the top of the lawn overlooking panoramic country side views. (Please bring a towel and flip flops)
Afternoon tea on the lawn. A selection of sandwiches, savoury pastries and cheese scones along with a variety of sweet treats all homemade, served with tea, coffee or a soft drink. Dietary requirements can be catered for if requested in advance.
For Private groups of 8 or more. The well-being session can be replaced with an Introduction to Compassionate Mindfulness, Mindfulness Pamper Experience or Crystal Chakra Balancing session.
Introduction to Compassionate Mindfulness. Understand more about Compassionate Mindfulness, how we can learn to be kind and compassionate to ourselves. How the practice can be used to help with depression, anxiety, stress, sleep problems, emotional wellbeing and self-care. Learn about the Neuroscience behind the practice, how the Brain and Body respond. Learn some simple Mindfulness practices you can incorporate into your daily life.
Mindfulness Pamper Session You will use organic Neals Yard products to learn how to do your own facial in a mindful way. These techniques can be transferred to all areas of your life.
Crystal Chakra Balancing. An introduction to the amazing world of crystals, their healing properties, how cleanse and charge them. Followed by an introduction to the Chakras and how to balance them using a crystal pendulum. For those wanting more detailed information this session can be split over 2 well-being sessions.
