Dance Fitness is an exercise class using a variety of uplifting dance choreographies to Latin and International music. This is a dynamic, highly motivating, effective fitness class that is fun, boredom-free and allows you to burn a high number of calories at each session. The class combines high impact routines to fast rhythms to create a cardiovascular workout and body resistance routines to slower rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. All routines incorporate postural work, co-ordination and flexibility to give a total body workout.

This class has a focus on having fun and confidence building. The exercise is an added bonus.
You will have such a good time you won’t realise how hard you have worked.

Our ladies call it “Exercise in Disguise”.

What to expect

Improved: Co-ordination, Balance, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Endurance, Confidence, Self-esteem and General Well-Being

Increased: Bone Density, Muscle Mass, Cardio Fitness, Weight Loss / Management and an Opportunity for Social Interaction to make new Friends.

In general, an individual weighing 150 pounds should expect to burn between 300 and 1000 calories per hour, depending on intensity and effort
