 Clubbercise® is more than just a dance class – cardio, toning, combat and plyometric moves increase the fitness benefits and keep you coming back for more. The routines are easy-to-follow with high and low impact options to suit all abilities, you work at your own pace while increasing your fitness level. Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and we use LED glow sticks to create a nightclub atmosphere. Clubbercise offers proven results to participants, both for their physical and mental health. This class is addictive, we believe your going to love it.

What to expect

Improved: Fitness,Co-ordination, Balance, Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Endurance, Confidence, Self-esteem and General Well-Being
