Dance Fitness is an exercise class using a variety of uplifting dance choreographies to Latin and International music. This is a dynamic, highly motivating, effective fitness class that is fun, boredom-free and allows you to burn a high number of calories at each session. The class combines high impact routines to fast rhythms to create a cardiovascular workout and body resistance routines to slower rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. All routines incorporate postural work, co-ordination and flexibility to give a total body workout.
This class has a focus on having fun and confidence building. The exercise is an added bonus.
You will have such a good time you won’t realise how hard you have worked.
Our ladies call it “Exercise in Disguise”.
What to expect
