Dance Fit Summer Workshop

Dance Fit are hosting their summer workshop on Sunday 1st July, 10am - 3.30pm at Bideford Sea Cadets

Workshops include Cha-Cha-Cha, Bollywood, a new Maracas routine and a Wellbeing and Relaxation session

This is a great introduction to the Dance Fit classes and basic steps for a number of styles of dance. The bring and share lunch encourages the social interaction of all students.

Price will be £33 on the day. £20 is booked in avance for existing students. Please contact Anne to book.
