Our Wellbeing programme has been running for just 10 months.  It incorporates Yoga, Pilates, Isometirics, Cardio, Thai Flow and Meditation for an overall body and mind workout.  Our ladies have had amazing results; with all who took part in the 3 week trial losing 2 inches from their waist and tummy areas.  All have maintained this and toned all othe areas of their body.  All have benefited from an inprovement in fitness, body tone, flexibility, relaxation and confidence.  We are currently offering a taster class for £10.  Booking is essential as places are limited.
