Belly Dance class launching soon in Fremington

​Exciting new class  starts 7th November at the Beechfield Centre Fremingtom

This class combine Belly Dance with some Bollywood and Burlesque fitness routines
A great way to get fit, tone up, build confidence and make new friends


This class is suitable for all ladies regardless of their ability, age, weight, shape or size.

Belly dancing is natural to a woman's bone and muscle structure with movements emanating from the torso with a focus on the developing the abdominal muscles and core strength. Belly dancing also works your back muscles and pelvic floor while toning your thighs, hips, glutes and core. It is excellent for improving posture and flexibility and can also be used to calm and relax the mind.

Bollywood is a fun and active dance, with uplifting music and calorie burning steps. Burlesue fitness routines are fun and flirty with a focus on strength building moves to increase overall strength and muscle toning.

This class is about real women, the focus is on building confidence, accepting and celebrating your own body and how you can make it move. The main aims of this class is to have fun while learning troupe belly dance choreography. The class environment is very supportive with women at a variety of abilities and levels.
